Hand us the keys and we’ll take care of it all for you.
We work on both the external signage and internal strip out to take the building back to it’s shell and remove all branding.
All internal fixtures and fittings, checkouts, shelving, floor coverings, ceilings and M&E can be removed. We also regularly remove fridge cases and cold rooms from stores.
Store closure strip out projects are a growing sector for us, with more and more retail stores closing down and needing to be emptied and de-branded quickly and within a set budget. Our team is very experienced in working on this type of project and are often able to offer the best pricing thanks to our asset reclaim & recovery service.
DO YOU HAVE A PROJECT COMING UP WHICH REQUIRES OUR SERVICES?
We are experienced in working within busy retail parks and understand the restrictions that come with working adjacent to live stores and businesses.
Our team help you return the building to a base build specification, ready for a new fit out package and a new tenant.
