Former Mothercare, Cardiff

This was a sizeable former Mothercare premises in Cardiff where we were tasked with bringing it back to the shell to enable a new client to move in. To bring this building to a shell we had to remove all floor coverings, stud walls, previous tenant shop fitting and a large mezzanine floor. Like many projects of this kind, we had a strict deadline of just 3 weeks in which we needed to get it delivered. We achieved this with outstanding positive feedback from the site manager to our site team. Another happy customer.
