Former Bonmarché, Daventry

We were approached by one of our long-term regular clients to take this former retail unit back to a shell in a short 2-week window of opportunity. This project presented its own set of challenges, including the spacial constraints as locations for skips and transfers were very limited, which slowed the waste removal down and made the 2-week timeframe seem even smaller. That said, our team worked as efficiently as possible, making the most of every opportunity to book exchanges and overcome the time constraint issues to deliver another strip out project to our usual high standard. Upon completion, we also constructed a full height sub-dividing block wall to separate the units to the structural engineer and architect’s specifications. Another job well done for our client.
