Former Brintons Carpet Factory, Telford

Within our scope of works was the requirement to undertake a partial demolition of the steel portal frame building, remove the former tenants’ boilers, tanks, chimneys and concrete mezzanine floors, as well as the complete M&E and ductwork removal throughout the remaining 18,000m2 building. The works involved using cranes, man baskets, burners and very high spec demolition machines with concrete pulverisers and metal shears, as well as a great team of experienced labour.
