We were approached by the owner of this property for a complete strip out after the NHS had been a tenant of 15 years and were now vacating, requiring a complete strip out. Our works included acting as principal contractor for the full strip out and enabling works, which were spread over 3 floors. This included removing rolla racking, mezzanine floors, isolating and removing M&E services and air conditioning units, and then the safe removal of all partitions, floor covers and ceilings.
