Gallagher Retail Park, Coventry

On this project we were tasked by a new customer to turn 4 joined retail units into one open plan unit, ready for a new fit out. Having completed many projects like this before, we knew exactly how to conduct this task. We removed all previous tenants’ fixtures and fittings, all back of house walls, all ceilings and floor covers, mezzanine floors, all mechanical and electrical services, all sub-dividing walls between units, and finally we removed all shopfronts in conjunction with the installation of the new ones to ensure site security. Prior to commencing this project we were issued with a strict completion date by which we had to be finished with no snags, to which we delivered on time and with great feedback. Upon sign-off by the customer’s site manager, our site team received praise for their adherence to health and safety and compliance at all times, leading to a very satisfied customer who has already come back with more business.
