These offices are located in a very busy and restricted part of London’s business district, and the building had very strict security and delivery policies to adhere to. In addition, the loading bay was positioned in such a way that we could not get a 40yd skip lorry in at the correct angle, so lots of smaller chain lift skips had to be used to remove the large amount of waste; which was definitely a logistical challenge but we worked hard with our supplier to keep the project running efficiently, ensuring each exchange had been booked and cleared in advance with the building security. The project included removal suspended ceilings, ceiling bulk heads, glazed partitions, wall paneling, kitchen fittings, sever cabinets, and reception desks.
