Co-op Store Preparation, Tamworth

This was a slightly unusual project for us in the sense there was an element of construction and re-fit – but since this is a long-term client and we have a very capable team and supply chain, we were more than happy to help get this one over the line. This former Co-operative store had been closed down and de-rated for a considerable time, we were instructed to assist them in making the unit safe following a number of break-ins. We were also asked to prepare the former travel shop so it was ready for re-occupation. Works included excavating trenches for new mains electricity cables, constructing new stud partition walls, internal painting, and providing the logistical and sub-contractor management support for the client.
