Complete internal soft strip including demolishing walls, glazed curtain wall removal, complete M&E strip out, and grinding the floor in preparation for new floor finishes. We also had to remove a large mezzanine floor. This was a live dealership, so the project was split into phases to allow certain areas to move around in between phases and the dealership could continue trading – the client continued selling cars from the same site and carrying servicing works with minimal disruptions.
