On this small project we were asked to demolish a single storey office attached so a semi-live building. Even with space restraints and noise restraints this job was an outstanding success. In just a few days, our site team had completed a full internal soft strip, splits to separate the office from the remaining building, removed the flat roof structure and proceeded to demolish by hand the remaining brick and block walls.
