Complete soft strip of all areas, removing lath and plaster ceilings, stud walls, masonry walls, timber roof and removal of dangerous structures. A very challenging project for the client, having to work with conservation consultants at all times, whilst managing the presence of bats. Our works included the removal of roof structures that had collapsed through outbuildings, damaging the first floors and making the buildings inaccessible for operatives. We had to work closely with the conservation team to remove and label timbers, bringing all waste out via a crane and lowering a operative a man basket for safety.
