Complete internal soft strip strip out of restaurant including all finishes, commercial kitchen equipment and safes. Saw cuts were made to concrete walls, and we utilised robotic demolition to break out concrete ramps and reinforced concrete walls. Due to the nature of the location, all noisy works had to be carried out outside of normal working hours, and dust mitigation measures needed to be implemented to protect the public while we were working within a live environment. All done safely and to our client’s satisfaction.
