This was a very fast-track project where we could offer the client of our asset reclaim services, reclaiming all the fixtures and fittings which went as a credit towards the project. Also included within our scope of the back to shell strip out was the removal of M&E services and mezzanine floor removal, and again we managed to reclaim the AC system to offer further savings for our client. Working on a busy retail park and very little space for skips, it was critical for us to get the skip exchanges on time to get this project delivered on time. Another happy repeat customer.
