Proposed Motorcycle Retail Facility, Stratford-Upon-Avon

The scope on this project was the removal of all floor covers – vinyl, laminate and carpet, removal of suspended ceilings, partitions, block work walls, M&E and the removal of the goods lift and redundant spray booths. This was a nice job with good access and full use of the secure service yard to the rear, with plenty of room for skips to enable proper on-site waste segregation. The ability to segregate the waste on-site helps to reduce the waste disposal cost, and these savings are passed on to the client for best value pricing.
