Complete internal strip out of working areas on the 11th and 12th floors. All waste had to be carefully removed in sealed containers via communal areas and lifts, which had to be protected and cleaned after each day. Dust mitigation measures were used in all areas. Works included the removal of suspended ceilings, floor covers, plasterboard and glazed partitions and all M&E. Very strict working procedures in place, especially for noise and dust monitoring, and our team delivered the project exactly as planned.
