Complete strip out including removal of stud partitions, suspended ceilings and wall linings. We did all isolations and M&E services removal including goods and passenger lift removals. Works completed over 3 storeys, and the goods lift had unfortunately already been decommissioned prior to our arrival. There was also limited space for skips, and we made sure dust mitigation measures were in place to eliminate any potential dust issues. COVID-19 safety measures were adhered to at all times, including a 2-meter social distancing rule where possible.
