Ryecroft Hall Demolition, Hambleton

Great to see another returning customer inviting us to conduct a full demolition of this iconic restaurant in Hambleton, Poulton-le-Fylde. This historic property was a pleasure to work on, with salvageable items presenting themselves to us for re-use by others, helping minimise waste and provide resources to the local community. This three-week project saw us carefully demolish the entire dwelling, with challengingly close boundary walls which called for elements to be hand demolished to ensure safety and peace of mind for neighbours. Not only this but we grubbed up the entire carpark, unveiling more of the plot’s past as we uncovered an historic well. Another project delivered for a valued regular client.
