This local project was a classic example of the type of commercial strip out packages we carry out for our clients. Our team were tasked with the complete strip out of all stud partitions, ceilings, floor coverings, mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems to enable a completely new fit out. One particular challenge with this project was the requirement to very carefully retain the existing raised access floor, leaving it free from any damage to accept the new floor covering. Another challenge was the fact that the works were spread over 3 floors, with only a 4-week window of time to get everything completed. Our site team worked closely with our client to hit each critical deadline and ensure we were working as efficiently and safely as possible at all times. Another project delivered on time for one of our long-term repeat clients.
